Agrideo uses different icons to let you know when your messages have been sent, delivered and read. They appear the bottom of the message:
A single gray tick icon means that your message has been sent.
A double tick gray icon means that your message has been delivered.
A green double tick icon means that your message has been read.

Step 1: Go to https://www.agrideo.com/en/main/chat
Step 2: Open the conversation with the person you want to video chat.

Note: When making voice or video calls between two people only, your IP address will be exposed with the person you are making the video or voice call with in order to establish a Peer-to-Peer connection.
During voice or video calls between two people only, your IP address will be shared with the other person's device to establish a peer-to-peer connection. A peer-to-peer connection uses your IP address to connect directly with the person you are calling to improve the audio and video quality of your call. Although this happens in the background, it may be possible for the other person to discover your IP address.

Step 2: Open the conversation with the person you want to voice call.
Step 3: Click from the upper right corner of the messaging app.

Keep in mind that you may not be able to call people who are not connected to the Internet.
Keep in mind that you need to give Messenger permission to access your microphone before you can make a call.
You can check if you gave permission from your computer or browser settings.
