Web Messaging and Chat through mobile apps: We collect and store information and data when you send, receive or exchange messages between you and members of your Agrideo network (connections) on any device including desktop, mobile phone or tablet to guarantee the availability of communication services to our users or to allow users to have a history of their communication.
The collection and storage of communication information are done when you send written messages (text), photos, videos, emojis, documents, voice messages, make incoming and outgoing audio calls, incoming video calls and outgoing.
If users connect to the messaging / chatting with other users of Agrideo using our mobile application called “Agrideo Talk” for iOS & Android, we may collect:
Agrideo may process data that stems out from links to your public account pages at social media websites, links to personal websites or other online materials related to you. If you choose to sign up on Agrideo through other social media websites, Agrideo will receive personal data and account information from that respective website. When you perform this action, the permission page of the linked website will provide an explanation regarding the personal data that is about to be shared. Please check the Privacy Policy of the foregoing website to verify their online practices as Agrideo cannot be held responsible. Users of Agrideo may disconnect from a linked website on their Agrideo profile at any time.
a) Invite your Friends
Users of Agrideo can freely determine to invite their friends from third-party networks such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail or any other email provider. The specific information provided to us by these third party networks or apps and to which we will have access is determined by you, and these third parties may vary depending on the network. Nevertheless, the permissions page for the third-party network or third-party apps will describe the information shared. Moreover, users of Agrideo should consult the privacy policy of each of the respective third-party networks or third party apps for information on their practices. The information obtained from these third-party networks will only be used by Agrideo to provide its users with the expected services. In addition, your personal data will not be shared with any third parties. b) Third-party Log in, Sign-up
Agrideo may receive data concerning you from third parties. For example, if you access our website or our services through a social log-in which that is similar to a single sign-on where you use existing log-in information of a social network like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google... to log in or signup to Agrideo website, instead of creating a new log-in account especially for our website. After you signed in and authenticated our application, that third party (for example, Linkedin, Facebook, Google...) may transmit certain information about your use of their service to Agrideo. This information may include, but is not limited to, your member ID associated with your account and basic profile information (for example, your first name, last name, profile photo...). This may also include an access token required to access that service or any information that an Agrideo user had given the permission to the third party to share with Agrideo. In addition,any information that you had made public in relation to that service may also be included. The information obtained from these third-party networks will only be used by Agrideo to offer its users the services that the latter had anticipated. It goes without saying that we do not intend to share this information with any other third parties. We highly advise our users to always review and, if necessary, adjust their privacy settings on third-party websites before creating a connection between the latter and the Agrideo website. You can also unlink your third-party account from the service by adjusting your settings on the third-party service. If you unlink your third-party account, we will no longer receive the information collected about you as part of this service.
c) Sharing content from Agrideo to other social media sites
Sharing content on multiple platforms (Facebook, Linkedin...) will improve your customer experience, increase your brand exposure, give more exposure to hiring targeted people. For example, you may use share button "Share on Facebook" to share your job offer to Facebook to give more exposure and attract more candidates to your recruitment agency or even share your articles to other social media sites like Linkedin to let your network know about your new publication. And naturally, our website will typically result in new visitors.
d) Sharing your Twitter Feed to Agrideo
You have the choice to integrate your Twitter content into your business page in the Agrideo site. If you choose to connect a Twitter feed to your business page, we will access certain information obtained from Twitter regarding your account. You also have the possibility to edit, update or remove the Twitter feed from your business page. The specific information provided to us by Twitter and to which we will have access is determined by you. In particular, we may store your Twitter ID, Twitter feed or tweets as well as information about the particular profile you are connecting to, including but not limited to, your followers, profile picture, likes and shares, displayed time.
When you view Twitter content or Twitter products integrated into Agrideo site showing your Tweets using Twitter for Websites, Twitter may receive information including the web page you visited, your IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookie information. Agrideo studies behavioural analytics in order to understand what users do online, how they act and react to our content, brands, and campaigns, and how they behave on different platforms and devices. We also use behavioural analytics to see page views and sessions and to discover how different user-groups engage with our site.
Agrideo uses this data in order to understand what its users do. This is applicable to everything from brand strategy to marketing campaigns. This way, we can provide tailored experiences for our users.

Agrideo will retain the personal data for as long as it is necessary to maintain your Agrideo account open or to fulfil the purposes the personal data was initially collected for. With reference to your communication information via messaging on the web / mobile versions, Agrideo records your information exchanged with users of the site for a period of 365 calendar days. Each message exchanged using Agrideo messaging will be automatically deleted after the period of 365 days had elapsed. However, you have the possibility to delete your information communicated in the messaging system at any time according to your choice. You have the choice of deleting or keeping your information exchanged via the Agrideo site messaging system in the web version or via its mobile chat applications.
